Cody was brilliant from the get go with helping me find a new car! I had originally set my sights on a car in the store but due to unforeseen circumstances it was no longer available but instead of resting on her laurels she found me the perfect replacement!

Keelan, at hendy cars was really helpful. I requested a test drive for 2 cars and he arranged this for me and my partner quickly. He was very professional, polite and helped us with our choice of car. We got a lovely Kia Sportage with his help. Would recommend him to anyone. The store itself is also very clean and has a warm welcoming. Overall very satisfied, thankyou.

Our experience while purchasing our vehicle was outstanding by a friendly young lady called Flo who Hendy Car Store Portsmouth must be very proud to have on their team as she knows her job inside out and knows exactly how to approach people in a friendly manner and make them feel at ease. She went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for her. She actually drove us home to collect information we had forgotten to bring, we were very stressed and we couldn’t thank her enough also we were very impressed with the Manager who introduced himself to us. I had a great experience at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. My car required a boot button repair and a service, and everything was completed before the handover, which I really appreciated.

The transfer of all the documents was smooth and straightforward, making the whole process very comfortable, especially as this was the first car I have bought in the UK.
