I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth because there has been no contact in over a week since the purchase with warranty or breakdown cover information which £350 extra was paid. I drive 500+ miles a week so I need everything in place. Vehicle has a new scratch in between test drive and collection which is yet to be booked in and resolved.

I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth because as soon as I bought the car it needed new breaks, other issues with it too, which it needs to go back to the garage for. Furthermore, trying to get a hold of booking agents and the team was very rare and difficult. Was put down as an urgent call back but no one ever got back to me. This all happens in the space of two weeks with hacking my new car.

I'd recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth to anyone because the whole process was very smooth and nothing was forced on you if you said no. Great experience.

I'd suggest Hendy Car Store Portsmouth to a friend because the initial service was great and all should make their own mind up. However I have had no aftersales contact from them even though I have been back to enquire about the missing parcel shelf that they said they would get me over 2 weeks ago.
